So here it is, my first quilt!
I finished it just in time for my dear friend Erin's wedding on Saturday. I hope she loves it! It was a lot of work, even though I used pre-cut charm squares for the top. The fabric is Soiree by Lila Tueller. I used a print from that same line as the backing, and pieced the binding from a Soiree Honey Bun.
I definitely need some more practice on the free-motion quilting. I think it looked much better after I washed it. The crinkly look is very forgiving. I'd definitely like to try another quilt, but I think I'll make it a smaller one! My hands sure ached after this... :)

Aw, really? Thanks so much! :)
What a lucky friend! I can bet that you're now hooked and ready to start your second (if you haven't already)
My mom just used that same fabric for a quilt for my niece. I love it!
Great first quilt! And what a special wedding gift -- your friend is going to love it!
Love the colors!
You did a great job. It's beautiful. I checked out your store and love your clothes. Since I don't have little ones anymore, I've passed it on to a friend of mine to enjoy.
SO beautiful! I need to get my hands on some of that fabric!
Ooh, so pretty! What a wonderful gift!

Oh goodness! I love it so much, you did an amazing job, especially considering that was your first quilt (seriously, was it?).
Way to go! I'm sure she'll love it!

Love your quilt! Soiree is one of my favorite fabric lines. Have a great day.
I love your quilt! I just completely one very similar for my granddaughter. Just love the bright colors and the simplicity!
Very cute! I love that soiree line and it looks amazing with the white sashing. Good job!
I love your quilt! Lately I have been obsessed with quilts with white sashing!
Aren't those pre-cuts the best?? Great choice for the quilt. I never thought about using a honey bun for binding, great idea!
That's just gorgeous. Well done for your first quilt.
Stunning quilt, love those fabrics.
